Porch Light Health is looking for a certified Nurse Practitioners and or Physician Assistants to work in the specialty of Addiction Medicine. This job is 40 hours per week, clinic-based, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The medical Provider will see patients in clinic as well as via telehealth. This job involves travel to clinic sites in Colorado Springs, CO. You would be helping persons suffering from addiction or substance use disorder such as alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and benzodiazepines, etc. No prior addiction medicine experience is necessary. The ability to administer intramuscular medication by injection is required. Emergency Room, Primary care, or psych experience is helpful. Must have an interest in helping underserved populations and be willing to learn new concepts. Must be able to given injections for the MAT clinic patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000 -$135,000 per year. The base salary offered will depend on various factors such as Education, Experience, Geographical Location, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.

Work Hours: M-F (Saturday rotation) working 4 days a week
Work Locations In office - Outpatient will see patients in person, but comfortable and willing to do telehealth. 4 days per week, one in Farmington and three in Durango.
License/Certification:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or PA certification
- license to practice in Colorado and/or NM or willing to get licensed in the other state.
Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
