Porch Light Health is looking for a certified Physician Assistant, and/or Nurse Practitioner to work in the specialty of Addiction Medicine under the supervision of board-certified physicians. This job is 40 hours per week, clinic-based, located in Grand Junction, Colorado. The medical Provider will see patients in clinic as well as via telehealth. You would be helping persons suffering from addiction or substance use disorder such as alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and benzodiazepines, etc. No prior addiction medicine experience is necessary, new graduates are welcome to apply. Emergency Room, Primary care, or psych experience is helpful. Must have an interest in helping underserved populations and be willing to learn new concepts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000 -$125,000 per year. The base salary offered will depend on various factors such as Education, Experience, Geographical Location, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
