As a key player in the home inspection industry, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to develop marketing programs that enhance brand awareness, generate demand, and drive revenue growth. What You Will Do As A Partner Marketing Manager
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance analysis of marketing initiatives aimed at developing and enhancing home inspection partnerships across North America.
- Content Development: Create and manage marketing materials (presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital content) to support partner initiatives and increase engagement.
- Partner Collaboration: Act as the primary marketing contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform and adjust partner strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).
What You Will Bring As A Partner Marketing Manager
- Experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills with at least 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Active Campaign, Salesforce, Demio/Riverside, and Office 365.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: A background or knowledge of the Tech industry is a plus but not a requirement.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team across various functions.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member
Pay Range*: $63,800 - $85,000 Annually
- Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
