Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee review process for Porsche Center warranty labor and part rate reimbursement requests.
- Select dealer candidates for audit review based on internal policies, dealer performance, and statistical analysis.
- Work closely with PCNA Legal department as required for state statute compliance and warranty audit appeal.
- Monitor compliance at Porsche Centers and at PCNA, relating to timely warranty handling, procedures, claim submission, authorizations, parts usage, and reporting.
- Conduct PCNA business risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Act as supporting/additional auditor in the field, as needed.
- Monitor action plan results and provide ongoing counseling to Porsche Center staff.
- Work closely with Warranty Department on developing Warranty and Audit Compliance Policies and Procedures annually.
- Establishes strategic and department level goals for department and direct reports.
- Work closely with parent company Porsche AG to establish warranty and audit program parameters.
- Provides guidance and support to direct reports by planning, monitoring, coaching, developing, recognizing and assessing individuals.
- Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with Information Technology security policies at Porsche Cars North America.
- Seeks to ensure proper retention of electronic documents, business confidential information, and actively demonstrates an understanding of the need to safeguard competitive information in both electronic and non-electronic formats.
Qualifications
Education: College degree in Business, Accounting, Management, or Engineering.
Experience
- 7 plus total years of automotive experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in auditing and compliance in the retail automotive sector.
- In-depth knowledge of state franchise laws related to warranty reimbursement.
- Familiar with Dealer Management Systems.
- Knowledgeable with Dealer Fixed Operations.
- Supervisory / Management Experience
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proficient in Automotive technology and nomenclature.
- Ability to manage individuals
- Work effectively with other departments
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
