Tasks:
- Understands CP&R companies, customers, partners, governments, and societies
- Expert in optimizing supply chains, as well as lean manufacturing and distribution strategies
- Knowledge of modularization/modular matrix and variant management methods
- Improves clients’ businesses with an end-to-end perspective
- Identifies project opportunities at various target clients/platforms/enablers/partners
- Leads project acquisitions by developing, presenting, negotiating, and closing proposals
- Serves as primary point of contact for client executives
- Leads the problem solving and change management work streams during client engagements
- Supports decision makers when solving complex questions
- Manages client and Porsche Consulting project team members
- Reviews and approves project delivery documents prior to presentations
- Leads the collection, analysis, and interpretation of client and industry information
- Provides ongoing feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team members
- Enhances and deploys Porsche Consulting concepts, methods, and tools for CP&R
- Assists other Porsche Consulting offices when required/applicable
- Provides content for press articles and develops event presentations and other marketing materials for the CP&R practice
- Speaks/Represents Porsche Consulting at relevant conferences as a subject matter expert
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate degree preferred
Experience (Job and Industry):
- A minimum of 10 years total professional experience in consultancy and industrial corporations, including:
- 5 years of professional experience with CP&R initiatives
- 2 years of professional experience in business development

Salary : $200,000 - $500,000
