Responsibilities
- Customer service: Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to customer inquiries
- Administrative tasks: Organize files, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars
- Office supplies: Maintain office supplies and equipment, and report malfunctions
- Mail and packages: Receive, sort, and deliver mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Meeting preparation: Prepare conference rooms for meetings, and organize catering
- Travel arrangements: Arrange travel for employees and clients
- Record keeping: Maintain a record-keeping system for contacts, files, and employee directories
- Filing: Perform basic filing and recordkeeping
Skills
