Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Perform detailed vehicle diagnostics and repairs, utilizing cutting-edge technology and tools specific to Porsche vehicles.
- Precision Maintenance: Conduct routine and complex maintenance procedures to uphold Porsche’s performance standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure all services and repairs meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations.
- Customer Interaction: Clearly communicate technical information and recommendations to service advisors, ensuring the customer understands the work performed.
- Technical Training: Stay updated on Porsche’s evolving technologies through continuous factory training.
Qualifications:
- Porsche Certified Master Technician or equivalent certification.
- Extensive Experience: 5 years of experience as a certified technician, preferably within the Porsche brand.
- ASE Certifications (Automotive Service Excellence) – Master Tech level preferred.
- Advanced Diagnostic Skills: Proficient in using OEM diagnostic tools and software.
- Strong Work Ethic: Passion for the Porsche brand and a dedication to providing the highest level of service.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
