Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Porsche Certified Automotive Shop Foreman at Porsche South Orlando. The Shop Foreman will oversee day-to-day operations in the service department, manage the team of technicians, ensure quality service and repairs, and uphold Porsche standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Automotive service experience, preferably with Porsche vehicles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair
- Certification as a Porsche Automotive Technician
- Experience with electronic systems and diagnostic tools
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
