Loaner Car Representative at Porsche Tampa

Porsche Tampa is seeking a Loaner Vehicle Coordinator. Our Loaner Vehicle Coordinator assist in inventory of our fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for use, monitoring all aspects of the loaner agreement process, ensuring vehicles are inspected upon return and assisting customers with excellent customer service.

Your Responsibilities:

• Meeting monthly utilization metrics for Porsche
• Daily Inventory Checks/Walks
• Cleaning, Fueling, and monitoring fleet maintenance and readiness
• Collaborating and communicating with other departments
• Attend to and guide new customers through the processes and agreements
• Inspect vehicles upon return and prepare for next use
• Create invoices and take payments as needed
• Parking and organizing lot for inventory units
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods of time
• Occasionally run errands for the facility and travel to nearby store locations
• Effectively communicate and draft professional emails

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential duties include the following, but not limited to, as other duties may be assigned:

• Collect and verify proof of automotive insurance and valid drivers license.
• Work with service department to ensure timely delivery and return of loaner cars.
• Send cars to detail when cleaning is needed.
