About the Role :
As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of The Port Arthur News and The Orange Leader. You will lead a dedicated team and be responsible for all aspects of the newspapers’ operations, including :
Developing and executing strategic plans to grow revenue and readership ;
Overseeing advertising sales, ensuring revenue goals are met and exceeded ;
Collaborating with the newsroom to deliver high-quality, engaging journalism ;
