What You’ll Do :
- Greet and assist customers with a professional attitude.
- Manage service traffic, parking, and verify appointments.
- Record vehicle details (name, VIN, mileage, condition).
- Tag and park vehicles securely; follow customer service protocols.
- Retrieve and clean vehicles for customers.
- Assist service advisors, guide vehicles through the car wash, and handle light lifting as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
