AK Pizza Crust, a privately held food manufacturer headquartered in Green Bay, WI employing more than 400 people over multiple facilities is looking to hire an experienced person to oversee equipment and building maintenance at our newest facility in Prior Lake, MN. The Maintenance Manager will report to the Operations Manager. Direct reports will include Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Techs.

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Manager will direct and oversee all production and building related equipment as well as the physical structure of the building and grounds. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining a safe, skilled work force emphasizing the Corporate Vision, Policies, Processes and Systems that we have developed over the years. This role will focus on connecting the maintenance department with other departments in order to achieve organizational objectives together. A demonstrated passion for teaching, driving engagement and encouraging advancement is essential.
