Production and Packaging is where it all begins. You will be making and packaging pizza crusts destined for dinner tables nationwide. Starting Pay
Entry-level production and packaging positions start at $18.00 - $19.50 (differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift).
AK Crust offers tremendous advancement opportunities, earn up to $25.50 with training and promotions!
1st Shift - $18.00
2nd Shift - $18.75
3rd Shift - $19.50
$500 New Hire Bonus!
- $150 bonus after working your first 40 hours
- $150 bonus after working 160 hours

Shifts & Locations
AK Pizza Crust has three production plants in Green Bay and operates 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift crews. Positions are full time with some weekends required. Immediate openings will vary based on current staffing needs at one of these work site locations:
- 606 S. Fisk Street (West side)
- 3050 Walker Drive (East side)
- 1326 Cornell Road (Howard industrial park)
Job Duties
Production and Packaging tasks will vary by line and department and may include:
- Counting and stacking baked or frozen crusts
- Bagging and boxing baked or frozen crusts
- Making and labeling boxes
- Inspecting product for quality, weight, size & shape
- Forming cheese-stuffed crusts
- Stacking full trays or full cases onto pallets
- Moving pallets with pallet jack
- Cleaning work areas (1st shift also performs a weekly full-line sanitation)
