ABOUT THE ROLE
- Location: Port City Nissan, Portsmouth, NH
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
As an Automotive Service Advisor at Port City Nissan, your day begins by greeting customers and consulting with them about their vehicle's needs. You listen closely to their concerns, provide guidance on maintenance and repairs, and walk them through the service options available. Your strong communication skills help you manage follow-up calls, ensuring that customers stay informed and happy with their service experience. You handle customer service, sales, and scheduling, all while working closely with the technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Related experience in automotive service or sales
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication
- Ability to multitask and manage service orders efficiently
Preferred: Experience with Dealer Track and XTime
