Port City Smokehouse is a 18-year-established, highly popular deli-style eatery and take-out restaurant specializing in smoked meats and fish. Located on the Gold Coast of Lake Michigan in historic Frankfort, MI, we take pride in offering North Country, Big Water cuisine, inspired by the bounty of the Great Lakes.
We are a seasonal business, operating from early May through late October, but with the right leadership, we aim to expand into a year-round operation.
Position Overview
✔ Oversee food production (smoking meats & fish, food prep).
✔ Assist with cooking & customer service in our deli & take-out restaurant.
✔ Lead daily operations and contribute to expansion plans.
✔ Help transition to a year-round business with the right leadership.
