Description
The Project Manager is responsible for scheduling, executing, and monitoring integration projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you will communicate with stakeholders, coordinate scheduling and resources necessary to complete the project on time, within budget without compromising quality or safety.
Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
Key Responsibilities
- Communication: All stakeholders (client, 3rd party, internal) to understand needs and expectations.
- Project Docs: Manage & Updated (schedules, budgets, quality checklist, etc.)
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel (labor).
- Work Orders: installation technicians and/or subs
- Compliance: Safety standards, codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Issue Resolution
- Quality Control (punch list completion)
- Coordinate customer training
- Project profitability
- Client satisfaction
- Close-out documentation
Required Skills & Abilities
- 3yrs PM Experience
- Pass NC Alarm Board background check
- On-site Management @ Multiple Locations (Not a desk!)
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- PMP, CAPM, or other PM cert
- Experience with D-Tools

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
