SUMMARY
Responsible for compiling data, monitoring equipment and providing customer service, by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Watched monitors, gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Sets up new customer accounts and produces rental agreements.
Answers phones, as needed to assist the office; handles equipment loans and rentals.
Determines when and what kind of product customers need based on monitor readings.
Identify measures or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
Assists customers with problems or questions; provides overall general customer service.
Identifies complex problems and reviews related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Operates office equipment and assists with general office duties and tasks, such as, assisting with accounts receivables.
