Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with patrons to provide excellent customer service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including catering events or banquets.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for replenishment to management.
- Uphold food handling and safety standards while preparing garnishes or snacks for patrons.
Skills
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices in accordance with health regulations.
- Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques for craft beers is a plus.
- Ability to manage cash transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in banquet services or catering events is an advantage.
- Basic math skills are essential for drink mixing ratios and inventory management.

Pay: $20.34 - $22.60 per hour
