As Port continues its impressive ascent, we are looking for a Field Marketing specialist to drive regional marketing programs that accelerate sales pipeline, increase brand awareness, and engage key audiences. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales, product marketing, and Business development teams to build and execute high-impact campaigns, field events, and targeted marketing initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
Event Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Port’s presence at trade shows, conferences, meetups, and customer events to drive engagement and lead generation.
Partner & Community Engagement: Work with strategic partners, industry groups, and developer communities to expand Port’s visibility and influence in the ecosystem.
Content & Messaging: Tailor marketing assets, messaging, and event strategies to resonate with local audiences and verticals.
Lead Management & Pipeline Contribution: Drive demand generation efforts and ensure smooth lead handoff to the sales team, tracking campaign performance and ROI.
Campaign Execution: Create and manage multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, direct mail, and ABM initiatives, to target key accounts and industries.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing in B2B SaaS or developer-focused companies.
- Experience managing events, sponsorships, and partner activations, with strong attention to detail and logistics.
- Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise sales motions.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and event management software.
- Ability to travel as needed for events and field activations.
