What You’ll D

  • oLead and Inspire: Act as a key sales leader, directly managing a team of Account Executives. Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to drive performance and professional growth, embodying Port’s values of teamwork and innovation

    Develop Systems for Scale: Establish, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes and systems to support rapid growth, ensuring our operations are streamlined and prepared for continued expansio

    Drive Revenue Growth: Take ownership of pipeline management and sales forecasting to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy within your segme

    Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Product to align in delivering Port’s value to clients. You’ll regularly engage with the VP of Sales, CEO, and CTO, keeping alignment at the highest lev

    Cultivate Key Accounts: Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, especially among engineering teams, to identify opportunities where Port can enhance development workflows and maximize im
