Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant / Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens and are cleaned and folded.
Duties
Laundry Attendant
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment efficiently.
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens.
- Inspect items for stains or damage before and after laundering.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Ensure that all laundry is completed in a timely manner to meet resort needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery.
Skills
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar setting is preferred but not required.
Office Assistant
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Maintaining files
- Welcoming visitors to your office
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
