DescriptionJob Summary: As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food to order while maintaining department standards. You must have knowledge of menu items and be able to follow recipes to ensure quality and consistency. Strong communication skills are required to work effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food to order in accordance with quality food standards and written recipes.
- FOLLOW PROPER PORTION CONTROL AND PRESENTATION TECHNIQUES TO ENSURE CONSISTENT QUALITY AND APPEARANCE OF DISHES.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Organize food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock to ensure freshness of products.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests to ensure all guest experiences are distinctively supreme.
- Set up, restock, maintain, and clean food preparation areas.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of all food served from the lines.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Attend all mandatory meetings.
- Other duties as requested and assigned by your manager.

- Current food handler's permit or ability to obtain one prior to hire.
- Minimum 2 years cooking experience preferably in a high volume kitchen.
- Experience in sauté and grill stations.
- Must be 18 years of age.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
