General Position Summary
Provides guest service, resets table, cleans dining areas and assists Food and Beverage staff as needed.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED. Some food preparation training helpful. One year of food handling experience necessary. Food handlers card required (and the ability to obtain a WA State Alcohol Servers Permit).
Job Conditions
Working conditions include working in dining areas during busy times of the day and night in smoky, noisy and crowded conditions. Conditions will also include frequent interruptions, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lb. while standing, twisting, or bending. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Manual and finger dexterity for handling serving dishes, and other equipment.

- Sees to all of the needs of the dining guests by providing Clearly Superior Customer Service
- Sets and resets tables and keeps surrounding area clean and presentable, including cleaning menus, replenishing salt and pepper and other table items
- Provides guest services at banquet functions
- Sets tables, serves food and beverages to banquet guests, cleans tables and surrounding areas and assists Food and Beverage staff as needed
- Responsible for insuring the resort’s breakfast room is well stocked with food items based on the hotel occupancy level
- Serves alcoholic beverages to guests
- Assist other staff as requested
- Organized and able to carry out tasks at direction of supervisor/(manager)
- Excellent customer service experience
- Understanding of food preparation, storage and safety
- Able to communicate well with both guests and employees
- Able to work well with others, cooperative and friendly
- Must be 18 years of age
