Ability to communicate effectively
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Assist with receiving incoming calls; take reliable messages and route to appropriate staff and faculty members.
- Assist with greeting visitors and respond to routine inquiries from the public.
- Assist with monitoring who enters and leaves the campus and sign-in visitors.
- Assist with covering front office during peak times of the school day.
- Assist with running copies for staff and maintaining copy room supplies.
- Assist with delivering items to classrooms.
- Other duties as assigned.
