- Maintain the grounds and landscaping throughout the Port's properties
- Perform trash pickup, weed abatement, and debris pick up as needed
- Operate a street sweeper on Port-owned property, including parking lots, warehouses, and terminals
- Rake leaves and load and unload brush, branches, and rubbish
- Perform other related duties as assigned
