The Port of Longview is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!
Position: This position is responsible for providing assistance to the Human Resources Manager in one or more functional areas of the Port’s Human Resources and Finance departments. This includes, but is not limited to, providing support in the areas of payroll administration, recruitment, labor relations, benefits and training.
Minimum Qualifications:
- An associate’s degree in business or a related field.
- One to two years prior human resources and accounting/payroll experience preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Salary: $62,700 - $87,780
Beginning salary will be dependent upon qualifications and experience. New hires typically start between 85-90% of the midpoint. Midpoint for this position is $75,240.
