Job Summary
UNIT MISSION STATEMENT: Provide quality product through superior service by friendly, qualified people in a clean, appealing atmosphere.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports directly to the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager for job functions, assignments, projects, and accountability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Function: Provide outstanding customer service to all customers. Maintain exceptionally clean environment. Work proficiently in the four basic positions – slicer, middles, register and fourths.
Other duties:
1. Comply with all Port of Subs policies and procedures.
2. Report for each scheduled shift on time.
3. Must be proficient or willing to become proficient in slicer operation, maintinence and safety proceedures.
4. Be proficient in Port of Subs method of operation.
5. Be proficient at all applicable positions, including fourth, register, middle and slicer.
6. Complete reviews and testing for each applicable position.
7. Follow and complete daily tasks assigned on assignment cards/task list.
8. Maintain Port of Subs and local and federal governmental standards of food safety and sanitation.
9. Learn process for handling and resolving customer complaints.
10. All other duties as directed by management. Skills Required: Strong customer service and communication and skills.
Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular, daily basis, stand for up to 8 hours, continuous reaching, stretching, grasping, pushing and bending.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.35 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26 per week
