Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining areas and kitchen spaces.
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for order totals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, café, grocery store, restaurant, or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A passion for culinary arts and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
