Shifts run: 12am-8am, 6pm-4am

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Possess VALID NJ Security Officer License (SORA)
- Have a VALID TWIC card (apply at tsa.gov)
- Have a VALID Driver’s License
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience - Higher Education is a plus
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Check
- Be fluent in English (read, write and speak)
- Have basic computer knowledge
Shifts are VARIABLE and may include some Weekends
Minimum of 6 months-1 year of prior security experience

Our Security Officers are responsible for providing security services at critical infrastructure facilities, regulated under the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002 while complying with stringent government regulations. Work sites include high profile locations. Working at critical infrastructure maritime facilities requires a working knowledge and understanding of Maritime security duties and functions. As a result, accepted job applicants will receive paid online as well as in-person on the job training at various posts to become a port security specialist. Applicants with Petroleum Marine Terminal experience is highly preferred and may be considered for additional responsibilities within the company.
