As Chiller Services Manager, you’ll take full ownership of managing our chiller services, ensuring performance, safety, and customer satisfaction are second to none. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a union-based chiller service team
- Delivering technical expertise on air-cooled, water-cooled, and high-tonnage systems
- Collaborating with leadership and other HVAC managers on strategy and process improvements
- Identifying and addressing training needs while managing a training budget
- Overseeing installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and control system support
- Acting as the primary escalation point for technical field issues
- Ensuring work is performed in full compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards
- Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Upholding high standards of customer service, integrity, and professionalism

We're looking for a dynamic leader with strong technical skills and a proven track record in HVAC and chiller systems. Ideal candidates will have:

- 8 years of hands-on chiller experience (including maintenance and service)
- Experience with high-tonnage systems; absorber experience a plus
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints
- Clear Motor Vehicle Report and ability to pass screenings
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
