Camp Dates : July 2nd to August 12th (six weeks, camp is closed July 4th)
Hours : 8 : 00 to 3 : 45
Camp Location : Port Washington New York
Salary : $1,800 plus the possibility of tips
Ages of Campers : pre k to 6th grade

Job Requirements & Responsibilities
- Must be at least 17 years of age and a High School graduate by the start of camp
- Must have experience working with children
- Desire and ability to work with children of all ages
- Will work with a group of 20 to 25 campers
- Provide a safe and healthy environment for all campers
- Mediate camper problems and offer productive solutions (asking for help when needed)
- Must attend orientation training sessions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated responsibility and dependability
- Must exhibit patience and understanding.
- Ability to receive and follow detailed instruction
- Supervised by a Head Counselor
- Actively participate in all programs, activities, and special events, supporting the people leading them.
- Ability to sit, stand, or maintain physical activity for extended periods of time
Salary : $1,800
