We are seeking a full-time Compliance Specialist to join our team at the Port Washington home office. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and monitoring support to our compliance program.
Essential Functions Include:
- Perform monthly and scheduled compliance monitoring
- Review reports, files and paperwork to ensure compliance with appropriate banking regulations
- Provide written summaries of monitoring activities and results
- Review audit and exam matrix
- Perform Quality Control Review of FNMA and Mortgage Loans
- Monthly QC review performed
- Findings are logged/reported
- Process commercial adverse action and HMDA on non-originated commercial loans
- Provide Administrative Support
- Assign annual online training courses
- Maintain training tracking
- Maintain Compliance Committee and CRA committee schedule
- Assist in gathering requested items for audit or exam
- Record training and maintain training records
- Perform research as directed
- Assist with preparation of materials and meeting minutes
- Schedule and perform all set-up responsibilities for training
- Maintain current list of CRA activities
- Assist with monitoring and tracking changes within ConnectFi
- Maintain Policies & Procedures
- Maintain updated procedure to reflect changes or recommendations from audit or exam
- During compliance training, assist managers with incorporating the review of current operational procedures
- Remain abreast of regulatory updates and recommend response to regulatory changes
