Warehouse Technician

JOB FUNCTION:

1. This position is to supervise and operate our Warehouse Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Maintain floors and ground in and around facility

2. Stock support trailers - inventory and restock as needed

3. Offload delivery trucks - pull packing slips and identify materials

against packing slip

4. Inventory stock supplies

5. rebuild ripsaws and inline guns - $159 saving per rebuild

6. Label and organize additional supplies in cage

7. Deliver incoming supplies to appropriate recipient - 5 total locations on campus

8. Deliver incoming supplies to appropriate recipient - 5 total locations on campus

9. Create and manage master inventory list

10. Identify common parts that need to be added to JDE

11. Trash removal from warehouse to dumpster

12. Rebuild pumps in the conex trailer

13. Distribute parts to hydro operators

14. Available to help label and organize other depts as needed in downtime

15. Organize pipes and tubing in PKX lot

16. Creating work instructions/procedures for warehouse

17. Maintain inventory

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. This position is called upon to manage special projects, issues with inventory in JDE and audits of inventory processes therefore, must be good at scheduling and balancing workloads.

2. Has the authority to make unsupervised decisions consistent with the scope of responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Associates Degree in Business or 3 years relevant work experience. High School Diploma will be considered.

2. Knowledge of warehouse procedures, mechanical equipment, and inventory

processes.

3. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize.

4. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products.

5. JD Edwards experience preferred.

6. Ability to interact with others.

7. Effective oral and written interpersonal communication.

8. Strong keyboarding capabilities.

9. Effective listening and critical thinking skills.
