Description : Responsibilities
Manage complex manufacturing projects including design, specification, and commissioning of new equipment lines
Assures that equipment capabilities are sufficient to manufacture products that meet required cycle time and quality levels
Develop engineering documentation to support installation and ongoing maintenance of manufacturing equipment : drawings, BOMs, PM plans, PFMEA, Control Plans, etc.
Implement design for safety practices for all new processes.
Coordinate project schedule and work with internal and external resources to coordinate and execute project deliverables.
Support CAD development for engineering as a whole, including R&D, based on project needs.
Leverage Lean-manufacturing principles in all process-product changes.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required
Experience & Abilities :
10 or more years of related experience is preferred
Extensive knowledge of rotational molding equipment and line specifications
Experience in the HVAC industry, specifically evaporative cooling, is a plus
Proficient with Solidworks
Advanced engineering drawing, specification, and bill of material experience
Able to work with a positive and professional attitude while interacting with internal and external contacts
Able to own and manage a manufacturing process
Very high Mechanical aptitude
