Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or busy shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and preferences.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations or guest inquiries.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of guest services principles and best practices in the restaurant industry.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest relations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
