The Human Resources Generalist will oversee the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including but not limited to employee relations, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety and upholding company policies and practices.

Compliance & Documentation
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Overseeing the upkeep of ACA tracking, EEO tracking, and other necessary reports.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
- Partner with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, or promotion.

Position Types and Expected Hours to work :
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Must be able to work from the office located in Chippewa Township, PA and conduct a minimum of 80% of work hours in the office.
Travel :
This job may require occasional travel. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
