Job Requirements
BLS and ACLS certifications are essential for this role. A valid Ohio RN license is necessary, along with verification within 30 days of starting work. NIHSS certification is also required for stroke care expertise.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is preferred but not mandatory. The MMR vaccination must be up to date within the last 15 years. A Fit Test is required before commencing work. Hepatitis B vaccination proof is also necessary. Annual TB Questionnaire is compulsory.
