Hotline Specialist

Portage Path Behavioral Health is looking for Call Center Specialists to work on our 988 Hotline. Consider joining us if you are motivated, hardworking, and interested in making a difference in our community! (PRN positions also available).

The Hotline Specialist Job Responsibilities will include:

• Provide supportive listening to individuals who contact our crisis 988 hotline.
• Provide resources for individuals in need of behavioral health crisis intervention or link them with appropriate care.
• Complete risk assessments to ensure an individual’s safety.
• Provide excellent client care.

The Hotline Specialist Job Qualifications will include:

• Great listening skills.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in providing excellent customer service.

The Hotline Call Center Specialist shifts available are:

• Daytime
• Evenings
• Overnight
• Weekends
