CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Portage Path Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist for our Akron location. This is an exciting opportunity to welcome clients into our Community Behavioral Health Center!
Successful candidates must have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- General clerical knowledge
- Extensive data entry knowledge
- Accuracy and organization in all areas
- Confidentiality
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment, preferred
Job responsibilities include:
- Greeting and check-in of clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Gathering of patient demographic and financial information as required
- Work schedule will include some evening hours.
