CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Portage Path Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist working at our front desk for the Akron location. This is an exciting opportunity to welcome clients into our Community Behavioral Health Center!
Successful candidates must have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- General clerical knowledge
- General data entry knowledge
- Accuracy and organization in all areas
- Confidentiality
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment, preferred
Job responsibilities include:
- Greeting and check-in of clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Gathering of patient demographic and financial information
- Work schedule will include one evening per week
