Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement
Currently seeking a Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance to lead and manage our company’s QI Department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory environments, strong leadership skills and experience developing compliance strategies.
Requirements:
- Active Clinical or Nursing Licensure, required (ie: RN, LPCC, LISW)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, required.
- Direct experience in behavioral healthcare or related field, required.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintains an effective Quality Assurance & Compliance program throughout the organization.
- Functions as the organization’s HIPAA/Privacy and Client’s Rights Officer.
- Reviews, updates, develop and implements policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards (e.g. The Joint Commission, CMS, OHMAS)
- Provide leadership in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality related incidents.
- Provides monthly and quarterly CQI auditing and reporting.
