Portages Health is a Minnesota-based, physician-owned digital behavioral healthcare company. We have created our own collaborative model of care in tandem with a novel and highly effective technology platform to assist diligent providers in delivering the very best in compassionate, evidence-based care. We are seeking high caliber mental health therapists that we can support to deliver the best care you have ever provided.
The Role :
You will work with an indigenous community in The Bois Forte Band of Chippewa in partnership within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatry providers, coaches and care navigators. You will work in collaboration with patients' primary care providers to guide patients with mental illness and / or substance use disorders, who may also have co-morbid physical health conditions, on their personalized journeys to improved mental health and wellbeing.
Requirements :
Here's what we have in mind for an applicant :
- Master’s degree or Doctorate degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Unrestricted Minnesota LGSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent license
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) though applicants who utilize a plurality of theoretical approaches are encouraged to apply;
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and / or adolescent clients / week;
- Ability to work 20 hours a week at minimum, with a preference for full-time (40hrs) applicants
