Duties
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions and manage account information effectively.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and any issues that may arise.
- Assist in project management tasks related to client onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide support in resolving client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and market conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
- Experience in sales or account management is a plus.
