Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and self-starting Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by prospecting new leads, conducting outreach through cold calls and emails, booking demo calls, and converting leads into long-term clients. This position is ideal for someone with a proven sales track record, 1 years of experience, and a passion for thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to engage potential clients and set up demo calls.
- Deliver engaging and effective product demos, showcasing the value and capabilities of our B2B ecommerce solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to align on client needs and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Monitor and adapt to market trends and competitor activities to remain ahead of industry developments.
- Track and report sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency in prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with decision-makers.
- Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a startup or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Workspace and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo.io, Outreach.io, Gong...etc).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
