Your Role
As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients, working collaboratively with our team to promote oral health and create memorable experiences for patients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality dental care to patients.
- Working collaboratively with our team to promote oral health and create memorable experiences for patients.
- Taking part in activities to promote a positive image of the company.
- Joining morning huddles, planning your day, and letting your team know how much you appreciate them.
- Loving working with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base.
We expect you to have a DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure, other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc., Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA), and compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
