What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial sales representative position at Porter Group?
Leading manufacturer in the building products industry is seeking a Baltimore / Northern Baltimore Commercial Sales Executive.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of selling one of the following : specified structural elements, hard-scapes, tools, fasteners, or large equipment rental to Developers, Building Owners and large GCs.
A proven track record of meeting / exceeding revenue goals is a must! Ideally managing the product life cycle from start to finish and comfortable with a 6-24 month sales cycle.
Base salary of $75-80K with a target income of $150-155K first full year of selling (excludes training period) and car allowance of $600 / month.
