Industrial pump distributor with a long-standing name recognition throughout the DELMARVA territory is looking to add a junior sales rep to their established team. They are ready to hire an Eastern Shore Sales Rep to work alongside the tenured Account Executive and learn the ropes and eventually take over the territory. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience and a track record of performance. No retail or in-home sales people will considered. Must be in a true selling role that requires hunting for new business and taking the sale from prospect through close. Highly prefer someone coming from an industrial product or service if possible. Ideal for someone with just a few years of sales seeking a long term career with a growing organization that treats its employees like family! This role is based along the eastern shore of Delaware and Maryland so candidates must reside within the territory to be considered. They offer a base salary of $65K – $70K (some flex. up to mid $70s) plus bonuses bringing total compensation to $80K – $85K in the first year. $100K at target by year 3. Excellent benefits and more!
