The ideal candidate takes the initiative, is detail-oriented, has 2 years of administrative / human resources experience, and is looking for a long-term opportunity.
Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications :
- Required to have 1-2 years of Human Resources Administrative Assistant work experience within an HR department.
- Requires ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other software applications utilized by the Company
- Detail-oriented and reliable with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of an office environment, and multi-tasking skills are a must
- Good interpersonal skills
