Our client, a well-established leader in the mechanical contracting industry, is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Specialist to manage their digital presence and communication efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing social media, website updates, and internal/external communications to enhance brand awareness, engage employees, and attract top talent.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communication plan to strengthen brand identity.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create compelling social media content that aligns with industry trends and company values.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring information is accurate and engaging.
- Develop marketing materials such as project profiles and service flyers to highlight key initiatives.
- Design and implement online customer and employee satisfaction surveys to gather valuable insights.
- Coordinate and produce a quarterly in-house newsletter to keep employees informed and connected.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or communications.
- Strong understanding of best practices for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with website management (WordPress or similar CMS preferred).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- A team player who enjoys building relationships and collaborating across departments.
