About You
- You will be passionate about care and making a positive difference to the lives of vulnerable adults.
- You will be willing to work towards or have completed your NVQ level 3 Diploma in Health and Social care.
- You will have previous experience of working in a Care Home environment, perhaps in a Senior Carer This is desirable but not essential, it all depends on your skills.
- You will be experienced or happy to train in medication administration.
- You'll have fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
- You will have effective leadership skills to get the best out of those around you.
About The Role

- Leading and inspiring a team of Carers and Senior Carers in the day to day running of the home.
- Communicating regularly with our residents' families and Health care professionals to write and adapt care plans.
- Administering medication and completing risk assessments
- Ensuring the needs of the residents are always met.
- Ensuring residents daily records are up to date and accurately reflect the care provided.
