Portico is seeking a chef de Partie experienced in Italian food for our modern trattoria located on Main St in downtown Sebastopol. We make pasta by hand every day. Qualifications:
* Must be efficient, dependable, and work well as part of a team.
* Ability to multi-task, work at a fast pace.
* Availability to work evenings and weekends.
* Knowledge of sanitation & workplace safety regulations, food handling techniques, preparation, & cooking procedures.
* we require Serve Safe Food Managers Certification within a month of starting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
